2023-2024 Registration
Please follow the steps below for a quick and easy registration process:
FIRST:
To verify the school you are zoned for, visit this map and enter in your address: https://ocps.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=0d188ddceece48afbf6083baa1d4f1da
If you do not rent or own a home, you will need a Verification of Address from the Student Enrollment Office. An appointment can be scheduled at:https://www.ocps.net/departments/student_enrollment/verification_of_residence
SECOND:
Please complete the online registration form: http://https//www.ocps.net/departments/student_enrollment
THIRD:
Gather the documents listed below (in PDF format) and email all documents along with the completed packet to [email protected] Students must be 5 years old on or before September 1 to attend Kindergarten.
- Birth Certificate
- Proof of Identification (Driver’s License) for both parents
- Immunization form 680
- Physical by a US doctor (within the last 12 months)
- Verification of Address (Homestead Exemption Card, Property Tax Statement, Warranty Deed, or Current Lease) http://https//www.ocps.net/departments/student_enrollment/verification_of_residence
- Two bills/pieces of mail showing current mailing address
- Verification of Guardianship (court documentation/divorce decrees) as applicable
